Who I Work With

I’m not a fit for early-stage startups or businesses looking for one-time training.

Is this Coaching or a Long-Term Partnership?

This is not a short-term coaching program. I operate as a fractional Head of Sales, partnering long-term to build and lead sales infrastructure, coach teams weekly, and take ownership of performance outcomes.

Do you handle CRM or tech setup?

No. My focus is sales performance, team leadership, hiring, and process optimization. I collaborate with existing tech or operations teams but don’t manage CRM builds or technical integrations.

How are Partnerships structured?

Partnerships are structured based on the needs and stage of the business. Most engagements combine a monthly leadership fee with performance-based incentives tied to revenue growth.

The goal is long-term alignment. I work with a small number of partners at a time to ensure hands-on involvement, accountability, and measurable performance impact.

How involved are you with the Sales Team?

I’m directly involved in the performance and development of the team. This typically includes weekly coaching sessions, KPI and pipeline reviews, hiring support, script and playbook development, and ongoing optimization of the sales process. Depending on the partnership, this can also involve daily team huddles, role-play sessions, and one-on-one accountability meetings to ensure consistent execution and measurable growth.
